Brought on to launch the Denver office, and help improve and expand agency services. Agency grew 3X in under 24 months, and expanded service offerings to transition from a media and data focused agency to a full service shop.

  • Launched and manage the Denver office, including all operational (location selection, lease negotiations, and office setup and design), hiring, and ongoing day-to-day management of office and personnel

  • Doubled (100% increase) retainer services and grew net income by 1000% in under 18 months

  • Responsible for overseeing $30MM+ in media planning annually

  • Led re-architecture of agency data structure and taxonomy. Developed cross-client, enterprise adaptable data standards to enhance transparency, agency tracking, reporting, and optimization

  • Oversaw MarTech and vendor selection/implementation, including Ad Server, DSP, Reporting, CRM, and 3rd party data partners.

  • Developed agency standards for planning and buying CTV/OTT, and Addressable TV

  • Launched SEO department, including hiring, tools selection, and standardizing program and reporting

  • Renegotiated key media partnership relationships, including standardizing rates for enterprise entities that lead to nearly a 50% reduction in media costs

Joined pre-launch while the company was still Layer3 TV. Helped launch test brand in 2 small markets, and lead the GTM planning and launch of consumer product in 5 markets before being acquired by T-Mobile. Role was broad reaching and allowed for true fully integrated media planning, execution, and post purchase consumer lifecycle management.

  • Spearheaded go-to-market planning and execution in five major markets, in addition to several small test markets where we gained double digit market share in under 12 months

  • Led initial sales hiring, training and event planning, and personally signed up first paying customer

  • Owned consumer website planning and build, including direct development oversight and design

  • Developed strategy, build-out, and managed all paid media channels (digital and traditional), and integrated marketing campaigns with external partners (HBO, Showtime, Viacom, etc.)

  • Integrated CRM, and CMS into core web properties, and activated real-time, AI driven segmentation to automate brand communications and on-site dynamic content

  • Owned MarTech stack and vendor selection, including selection and implementation of ad server, measurement, marketing automation, 3rd party data integrations, CRM, SEO, and direct mail partners

  • Oversaw Marketing P&L, budgeting, product pricing and offer/promotional strategy
