Joined pre-launch while the company was still Layer3 TV. Helped launch test brand in 2 small markets, and lead the GTM planning and launch of consumer product in 5 markets before being acquired by T-Mobile. Role was broad reaching and allowed for true fully integrated media planning, execution, and post purchase consumer lifecycle management.
Spearheaded go-to-market planning and execution in five major markets, in addition to several small test markets where we gained double digit market share in under 12 months
Led initial sales hiring, training and event planning, and personally signed up first paying customer
Owned consumer website planning and build, including direct development oversight and design
